Reservation\ booking
- At the time of booking, we require at least a 50% deposit within 14 days of booking and charge the remaining balance on the credit card on file 72 hours before services.
Vehicle Capacity:
All of our vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
Overtime/Waiting Time charges
Commercial Pickups (Airports) overtime includes:
20 minutes Wait Time from landing time, which is included in the full price of services.
Any additional time will be charged to the credit card on file according to our hourly rates listed on our website.
Any additional stops
The client will be charged on the credit card on file for each additional stop that is off the trip route, plus $10.00 plus the waiting time according to our rates on our website.
cancellation and rescheduling.
For all services canceled within 48 hours for any reason, we will charge 20% of the total bill to the credit card on file.
Any rescheduling of any original reservations is subject to availability; we cannot guarantee vehicle availability. Any requests for changes in services require all clients to call our main line (843) 804- 1188 immediately for rebooking.
A rescheduling fee equal to 20% will be charged to the credit card on file. We are not responsible for any delays or the termination of services caused by airlines. We are not responsible for last-minute changes, but we will try to accommodate accordingly if we have any availability.
Child Seats: Booster
Child seats are available upon request. There will be an additional fee of $20.00 per seat provided. Mecca Limo LLC is not responsible for fastening or tightening, application, or anything else related to your child’s seat.
The client is fully responsible for making sure their child’s seat is fastened and secure.
Pet FEE:
There is a “pet fee” of $20.00 per animal to offset the cost of additional cleaning required after the transport of the pets.
LOST ITEMS:
We will not be responsible for any lost items, and there is absolutely no liability for anything left behind, lost, or damaged. If something is left in the vehicle, we will be glad to return it if possible. If we need to ship any items, the cost of shipping will be the client’s responsibility. Any items left and not claimed in 14 business days. Items will be recycled.
Alcohol, drugs, smoking, and weapons
Our company has a zero tolerance compliance policy that prohibits any of our clients from consuming or using alcohol, smoking, or drugs.Our clients must agree to the terms and conditions of our company; there are no exceptions. If any clients, guests, or passengers violate our policy, Our driver has the right to end the trip at any time.
The client will be responsible for finding other transportation and forfeits their full fare.
Additional charges will be billed to the credit card on file for any damages caused by any clients or passengers. Also, we will add a minimum of $300 for usual cleaning such as vomiting, spells, food, and trash.
No containers are allowed in our fleets, according to the state and federal laws of South Carolina.
